This department was created for Et Alia to reach communities that are not so easily accessible. Although we are a company of international women, it is sometimes difficult for us to reach the very immigrant women our projects speak about. We have been in contact with organizations such as Mixteca or RiseBoro and we want to continue inviting them to our shows and develop a strong connection to these communities.

We have also been teaching at Cooper Union for the past two semesters and it has been great to connect with students who do not study theater, but who have loved our Intercultural Communication Workshops.
